There are going to be a few things that we talk about here at Think Outside the Box that may seem obvious to any experienced real estate agents out there but they are among the most important things to keep in mind.
Among many other qualities, clients who are paying in cash should be your number 1 target for a number of different reasons. The main one being that these sales are quick! When someone is paying in cash that eliminates the entire process of going through a loan and makes the deal, and your life for the day, a heck of a lot easier.
This idea has been around for years now and should not be news to any experienced realtor, but you would be surprised at how many people don’t consider the benefits of a quick sale.
